Why the Oyster?

Launching a plastic surgery practice during these trying times takes courage, commitment, and the conviction that positive changes will occur following disruptive events.  A realignment of values.  A focus on improved communication and connection.  New ways of delivering education and service to patients.

We recognize that true beauty comes from within

Out of murky waters an oyster takes an irritant and over time turns it into a thing of beauty: a pearl.  At Ford Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery we have made a conscious decision to take this time of adversity and create a beautiful, patient-centric practice. We recognize that true beauty comes from within; it is our mission to help patients experience the confidence that comes from being the best version of themselves inside and out.

We will never lose sight of the need for warm, personal attention to patients.

Our practice has quickly adapted to provide TeleMedicine and virtual visits to make it easier for our patients to safely contact and connect.  Our electronic health record will give you access to your records at any time on any platform.  Our patient app allows for easy communication between you and our staff at any time, whether you have a question about scheduling or need to send us a picture of your incision post-surgery.  But while the practice will continue to embrace new technology we will never lose sight of the need for warm, personal attention to our patients.  Every detail of the patient experience has been carefully constructed and curated for your benefit.

The world is your oyster!
