Patient Care Coordinator

As our patient care coordinator, Normi brings a unique dynamic with her knowledge for extraordinary client experiences, attention to detail, and building patron relationships.  Normi is passionate about being the patient’s liaison from the consultation, through the surgery, and post-operative care. Her enthusiasm for what she does shows through when she is helping people feel beautiful and confident in their skin and watching patients transform.

Normi grew up in Louisiana and Mississippi.  After graduating from Louisiana State University, she found her love for customer service while working in Business Management.  Along her professional path, she has taught high school art & journalism, owned her own photography studio and art gallery, and she pursued a career for over 15 years growing businesses across the country for a Fortune 500 company.

Normi joined Dr. Chiasson's practice in 2023. Since joining the Ford Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery team, Normi embraces her passion for skincare and the ability to make every patient feel special during their consultation with Dr. Chiasson. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, sampling new restaurants, camping, listening to bands, traveling, and riding horses on the weekend!
